Easy to use and easy to set up.The fact that you can create your own custom fields allows for more flexibility than other solutions out there. The ability to create multiple views is also a huge plus. It's not always clear what's going on when things go wrong. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a robust solution that will allow for customization and flexibility. We have been able to solve our problem by integrating this product with Salesforce, which has allowed us to manage our customers' contracts/accounts across the organization.
