Just unbelievable! in Ballons
I love this product! Very affordable and everything you need to assemble your balloon garland. Took me almost six hours from start to finish with a few short breaks in between. I used a manual pump, but I highly recommend an electric pump. When it's time to inflate the confetti balloons, remove the rubber band, inflate and use your hands instead of cloth to generate static electricity, then shake the balloon and repeat the process.
