Review on Enhanced Swivel Caster Set: High Capacity Casters with Optimal Maneuverability by John Douglas

I use them on a mobile cabinet I made. The wheels are well made and durable. However, the polyurethane on the wheels is so smooth-running that the entire unit can be moved with very little effort, even if the front wheels are locked and the rear wheels can rotate. Locked wheels just slide on the floor. My car is used in a concrete garage. I'll go back and try something different.
