This is the second fan I have bought from this company. While the first ball fan works and I'm happy with it, the second doesn't work properly. These fans need to move up and down as well as side to side to better move the air around the room. The second fan gets stuck when ascending and descending. I lightly press the top of the fan and it starts working normally again. As this is clearly a manufacturer error, I have indicated that I would like a refund or exchange. I was told I would be responsible for the shipping cost which is around $20 per minute when the fan itself is $65. There doesn't seem to be any indication in the instructions that I'll be reimbursed for shipping costs and there's no way to make an exchange anyway.
