UPDATE: WOSODA people have contacted me and want to replace my camera, very impressed! Sometimes there are problems with the electronics and I understand that, I am very glad that the people from WOSODA support their product! Not all! UPDATE: I found that removing the batteries and re-inserting them seems to have fixed the night video issue? I'm not sure why that is, but now he's shooting at night, weird? Maybe something in the logic needed to be restarted who knows, but I'm glad it's working now and happy with the customer service! First of all I liked this camera, the videos and pictures during the day were really good. I did not receive any videos or pictures at night. Thought maybe no animals but after looking at it walking by at night, nothing. I checked my other 2x cost cams in the same area, deer, raccoons, foxes, coyotes on the same trail at night. This camera missed them all, including my night hike. Be careful with this purchase, many other buyers are reporting the same problem. I still don't have any instructions from WOSODA on how to fix it or what could be wrong? I would like to rewrite this review with 5 stars, how can I help WOSODA? I usually get along well with Revain, but not so much this time. This proves that you can never go wrong with well-known brands! If no resolution is found, it looks like I lost the $50 game. Learned something again!
