Rough oral care: oral care

The packaging was sealed well and the plastic cap on the outside of the bottle was fine. the liquid is dirty and full of insoluble deposits. I think it's already gone bad as this buildup looks exactly like the dirty "flakes" you get after using any other flavored mouthwash from this brand.
