I ordered this because September October is when you start to feel the change in your pool water where it gets cold and you no longer want to go in. Now we do live in Florida and sometimes the summers don’t stop and sometimes like this year we’re getting an early break from the heat. The water was freezing cold after the hurricane came through in cold water off. Put the cover on and 2 to 3 days later it significantly went up in temperature. Not that we’re gonna go swimming in it because like I said we’ve had a reprieve from the extreme heat but is definitely doing its job. Value for the money it was definitely worth it! Just be sure you put the bubble side down. My fiancé didn’t know this and how did the opposite way in the Florida sun within one season just disintegrated the quality of the solar cover.
