Having lowered the speed by setting in the BIOS: set Q-Fan Speed ​​Fan to ignore the cooler speed and set it to Q-Fan Mode - Performance is now from 800 to 2022 rpm. in min. depending on the temperature of the processor. After this setting: idle - 27 deg. in the same loads - up to 45 degrees at cooler speeds up to 1300 rpm. in min. saw no more. Let's see what happens in the summer! The temperature was measured by the cores because on the cover of the processor. My temperature is always 2-5 degrees. less in load. COOLER INSTALLATION: The motherboard on some cases must be removed, but this is not a problem, I removed it at the same time and cleaned it of dust. I tightened one bolt on the first plate, then pushed the second plate on the other side - twisted 2 bolts - diagonally and so on, pressed all the bolts to the end, nothing complicated (the plates themselves sagged a little, but everything is in order), the key and the bolts did not stick together , the campaign was a normal assembly.
