1) Very slow technical support, answers by e-mail once a week and then after a "kick" with a letter. 2) I recorded a video where the problem is clearly described, to which I received an answer in the form of "Everything is fine bro, you're an idiot." All friends in the discord also look like idiots and hear the "non-existent" sounds of my shots. 3) For HyperX 2022, I can post screenshots of the correspondence with STP in the comments.
