I'm 5ft 1in and about 145lbs and bought a large one. As you can see in the photo, I'm built rather stocky. I love this swimsuit! It covers my stomach just the way I like it. I could have done a medium or small size on top but the bottom fitted well. This suit is high quality for the price. I have already ordered in another color. Definitely recommend. It's a bit cheeky though, as can be seen in the photos.
