I loved this item but unfortunately had to return for two reasons. It was a bit too snug on my 11-pound chihuahua mix and revealed some of the white velcro in order to accommodate his ribcage girth. I have been a loyalist to another brand and wanted to give this a try. It's a very warm vest and would be ideal for all seasons but for the hot summer months. I wish the velcro were stronger-- the brand I typically use has a much stronger feature. I would have kept it, but I needed something cooler for my old pup to wear and decided to go with something else. But if you are looking for an affordable, quality vest to add to a collection, this one looks preppy and cute.
