Very good product with excellent customer service

As a member of AFAS, I have received professional support from the development team and the legal department. The support I received from the support team is second to none. The legal department is very responsive and very helpful. The system is easy to use and has a variety of features. It's well worth the investment. The software is great as a whole, but there are a few things I would like to see changed.
I would like to see the price structure changed to a flat rate instead of a per-user rate. I would also like to see some of the features become more robust. I've been using AFAS to manage my legal department. It's helped me to be more organized and efficient.
