The best thing about mytalk is its customer support, I have never had any issues with them so far which has been great for me because it makes managing users easy! There are some features that could be improved but nothing majorly.
As of now, we are able to manage our user base very well through this application. We also enjoy using their dashboard feature as it's very handy when creating new pages or posts in general. They do need more marketing since many people don't know they exist! It helps us monitor conversations between members, post pictures/videos, etc.
