Review on Nokian Tires Nordman RS2 SUV 225/65 R17 106R winter by Adam Libera ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

For twenty years, I've been a Velcro rider. 95% city, 5% weekend getaways throughout the winter. Warm and muggy in the summer. I've spent the last decade visiting Bridgestone and Good-er, Toyo. Different variants were available for the winter and summer seasons. The stock Turanza ER300 was Summer's favorite. Used it for five full years! It's too bad Bridgestone, for example, didn't keep making the WS-60 given how popular it was throughout the harsh winter months. The REVO GZ, which I rode for a few seasons, is too supple and wears down too fast. Simultaneously, there was some rocking, and I myself decided to abstain in the future from "asymmetric" rubber. The "novelties" have a high asking price and perform oddly in the driving department. No two people share the same sense of style and color, but with limited options in stores, you have to make a decision. Consideration of pricing, quality, features, and reviews was important this season while purchasing new equipment. I opted for the Nordman RS2 SUV (with a reinforced sidewall) because it came highly recommended by friends who both drove and sold Nokians, despite the fact that I don't have a jeep but rather a hatchback with raised ground clearance. Traditional, medium-hard rubber. A stunning "sporty" aesthetic is paired with top-tier functionality. Since I do not drive on spikes, I opted for a little larger size (225/50/17). My first impressions of this rubber are very favorable, and I anticipate using it for at least three seasons. Nitto (daughter of Toyo, Japan) was another option I explored; they come highly recommended but have seen their price increase seasonally, prompting me to go on Nokian instead. Each kit costs 25 tyr.

Pros
  • Absolutely, I enjoyed it everything. Design. Superiority in Tires. Intelligent construction that has stood the test of time. Orientation. Stronger walls on the side. Profound harmony. This is a serious brand; it's the offspring of the legendary Hakapelita. When compared to similar products sold by competitors at similar prices, the rubber compound turns out to be quite good. producibility of this design.
Cons
  • In 2022, rubber is manufactured, so there is no longer a need to clear customs, although the price is still a little steep. It's a shame no one regulates rubber prices. The market is acting like a bulldozer, crushing prices. Amazon makes it easy to locate a store and examine their pricing structure.
