Review on Logitech G G502 Hero Gaming Mouse, Black by Barbara Wsowska ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Mediocre goods, most likely I will not use.

Three months of experience with mice. The initial excitement rapidly faded - sure, it's extremely good quality, quite comfortable, there are many buttons, and that's all there is to it. It's fun to learn how to operate and play with the mouse itself. BUT! The Logitech G HUB, or simply the software that controls the mouse's modes of operation and the assignment of all the various keys, is the largest "BUT." First of all, it is inconvenient and just counterintuitive. For the first time, I needed to contemplate it for a while before I could figure out "what is here and where." Second, and this is already a goal, it fails miserably at changing the mouse settings in accordance with the active application. The occurrence varies from time to time. You may need to minimize and extend the game occasionally in order for the G HUB to "wake up" and apply the proper profile. Occasionally, this is ineffective, and you must manually remove the G HUB from the tray before turning on the desired profile. And after three months, it's ill, you know! I engage in Apex Legends. Due to my failure to verify at the outset whether the required profile had been chosen or not, I yesterday lost a match in the rankings. This mouse is for gaming. I had to reinstall Windows a month ago. There was a misconception that installing a "clean" G HUB on a new "top ten" would make everything function as it should. By the way, the software kept urging users to sign up for Logi ID. I had some vague hope that because of him, my profiles would be saved when I restored the system, but strangely, this did not occur. Overall, a fantastic mouse with subpar software. The best mouse I've ever owned, technically. I've never seen a mouse program that is worse. You must determine if you require it or not.

Pros
  • technological application. Since the days when 2 megabytes of Memory was regarded as a lot, I've been around computers:)) Technically speaking, it is the best mouse that has existed so far.
Cons
  • Curve, not user-friendly software.
