Lace Hook Popped Off
I love these boots. I bought this year for my ten years of outdoor exploring experience. He's only worn them a couple of times and while I was happy with the boot and all other parts of the boot are in excellent condition, this hook/lace holder just came loose. Now I can hardly get out of the returns window. Otherwise I'm happy with the shoe and would even try a replacement in the hope that this pair alone wouldn't be strong enough to lace up.
