I have used one of these in the past and bought it again when I got a new phone case. I have posable arms and a big phone so this is a must have for me. Things to know: 1. So far I haven't had any adhesion issues with any of the ones I've bought. They are easy to put on. I've found it's easier for me to hold a large phone without hurting my hands if I place them on the center bottom of my phone. 2. The first one I bought had a very tight elastic band to start with, too tight to be honest. The second is conveniently right out of the box. What worries me is because ---3. The first stretched fairly quickly and was perfect for about 4 months. Everything still worked fine after that, but sometimes when I tried to put my fingers under the elastic, it stretched so much that the elastic flipped over. That's why I only give it three stars for durability. Ultimately this is the best solution I have found so far as rings and sliders hurt my hands. If your hands hurt, try it.
