I'll start with what I'm going to say. I knew it wouldn't be a ninja. But I did a lot of research just looking for a decent smoothie maker. This was the one I bought (because of the reviews/price). Worked great the first 3 times. But the fourth time it got incredibly loud, everything around it was shaking. I stopped immediately and tore it down. I could see little blobs of something everywhere. The machine literally wore the plastic/rubber to bulges and it went so fast it's now unusable. I mean it was literally 3 seconds and destroyed. I contacted the company a few days ago to ask if they could send me a replacement part (can't do without a bottom). But I heard nothing in reply. So I just want to warn anyone who only sees the good. It's so cheap and broke on the 4th use. SO BUY CAREFULLY!
