Poor release and high waste
Cricut Smart Vinyl is difficult to use, generates a lot of waste, and costs much more per square foot than other brands. It doesn't stick and peel off the hard smart backing very easily, and the smart setting wastes the top and bottom 1 inch of each piece. I won't buy this again. Not worth the convenience of skipping the mat. Aggravation.
