The product came in perfect packaging and as advertised. All parts were in the correct containers. I had no problems with mixing colors in transit. The patterns are cute, we picked up the pig and it took about 20 minutes. I've never used them, but they seem to work as expected. They melt well once you figure out what ironing technique works for you. The piglet is doing well. I really appreciate that the colors are already sorted, I think this is a great set for a beginner. The box contains everything you need except an iron. It includes many patterns, two sets of tweezers, so that two people can work with beads at the same time. Would like more designs. Worth the price.
