I bought these balloons for my son's birthday. It wasn't a carnival or a circus, but I liked the color scheme. I also liked that the balloons are available in three different sizes for more variety in the balloon arch. However, I color blocked them for a cleaner look instead of blending all the colors together like I usually do. These balloons met my needs and I find them inexpensive and easy to inflate. All the balloons were there (I counted) and only two of them popped. However, product photos do not fully reflect the product. The blue balloons in the photos in the listing are more of a turquoise/turquoise color. I see in reviews that some people have light blue and others have what I got. Also, the confetti balloons had to contain blue, yellow, and red confetti, and I had rainbow confetti. It may seem like a small thing, but for many they are important. Thankfully it wasn't that important in my case, but just a note for anyone reading this. I hope they update their photos to be clearer on this regard. But overall I am happy with this product and would recommend it.
