Firstly there are 4 switches 1 for a 7 year old so protection is a must. I wiped the screen down with Zeiss lens wipes because I know how they work on lenses and made sure it literally squeaks and is completely dust free, only if you look at the overhead light can you see it. I removed the plastic backing from the screen protector and VERY CAREFULLY, without touching anything but the edges, placed the plastic backing in the top right corner of the screen for an air gap, placed the screen protector at the very bottom edge, being careful to align it, and then use a lens paper towel to rub the protective film from the bottom/left to the top right, lower the protective film until the last piece rested in a small space, came up to that corner, and then pulled out the plastic and. DONE. I had a bladder in one, but since the plastic acts as a spacer, it's easy to lift the tread, squeeze the bladder out, and discard it.
