Very cool on chef knives
Wow! I love this knife. my new darling It's a good weight, it's dead sharp (although it's not necessary just yet, a little more sharpening over time will never hurt even the most expensive knife). I also like that it's smaller than the knives of this style that I'm used to. Ideal for working in tight spaces as the extra length of the knife can sometimes affect my chopping technique, although there's no compromise at this smaller size. I love it. For the price I'm so happy.
