I'm not one to write reviews. But I have to express my dissatisfaction with Xerox. I run a company with 1500 employees in 110 offices. Each location has 2 printers. We bought about 10 of these printers to see if we can switch the entire company. NO! This is not a printer. Yes, we had a break. But printers break. There are moving and interchangeable parts. It happens. This is Xerox support. We have receipts for every printer. When we call Xerox for support, we are told the warranty has expired. It's as if the warranty begins when it leaves the Revain factory. So your annual support is actually equivalent to 8-10 months of support. It's annoying. We bought 4 years of extended support from Square Trade. Knowing that the product was purchased less than a year ago, they also do not accept warranty replacements. Xerox has lost at least 250 MFC sales because their warranty is dishonest at best.
