What a horrible quality, wasted money for nothing.
If Canon considers it possible for its reputation to continue to sell a weak, unreliable lens, it would be worthwhile to warn buyers before buying this lens that it requires extra care, as even slight pressure on the external part leads to breakage. All this I write solely for one purpose, to warn those who choose not to choose this lens (and maybe the manufacturer too).
- I bought this lens on the recommendation and reading reviews. Liked the picture.
- Wouldn't recommend. A flimsy lens, thrown out money that cannot be returned, even if the purchase was from an authorized dealer. It's a shame, because a lot more was bought for this lens. Contact with the official representative of Canon is not constructive. Telephone counselors are not helpful. People in whose competence to solve the problem get off with unsubscribes by e-mail.
