I bought a monitor to see how well it performed in terms of form, fit and function. An obvious problem was mobility. How much heavier will my laptop get? I was so impressed with the product that I quickly ordered a second one. Everything went smoothly, and after a while one of the monitors broke down. I have contacted customer service. After reasonable investigation on their part, it was determined that the monitor was no longer working. This may have happened by itself or I didn't pack it well due to carelessness. I am an aspiring founder trying to start my own business, start product development etc. Funding is tight. I run my own full time business. This company went out of their way to support my efforts and sent me a new monitor. Everyone talks about doing their best and putting the customer first. This management team is a tutorial on how it should be done. I will emulate that as I build my business. Excellent work!
