it's very oily, I don't know if it's really moisturizing or just greasy, but I think it's good for my hair because it was really dehydrated. It has a great smell but doesn't touch your roots. If you suffer from seborrhea, it causes irritation. So make sure to use it from middle to end. I also think this is a great night treatment worth trying. I have chemically treated hair, very dehydrated, but I use it to repair it. I hope to be back with an update in a month as I use it twice a week in the evening before I wash my hair.
