I love the design of this product but it doesn't suit me very well. I bought this and a small bottle of grapefruit essential oil and soaked the wick in the oil before putting it in the car. On the first day I noticed a faint smell in the car; the next time I used the machine (a few days later) I didn't notice anything and saw that the wick was completely dry. I soaked the fuse in oil again and drove off right away and again we only noticed a faint smell in the car. Maybe it would work better with stronger scented oils like those used in reed diffusers, but don't do it. I don't think you can just use any essential oil and the smell will last more than a day. BENEFITS: + There are two clips and lots of interchangeable wicks in the box. Air from vent to wick + You can adjust how much air is directed to the wick. CONS: - May not work well with essential oils. There was only a slight smell in my car during the day.
