I've spent a lot of time, many hours getting this to work. I've spent a lot of time on the phone with Lenovo. I've been using it for mic, power, keyboard and mouse for a while. That was excellent. I did this for several months and everything was fine. When I tried to add a video monitor, the computer (Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Hotrod) didn't recognize the monitor. The Thunderbolt application does not work on the computer. I got everything working with Lenovo customer service. This was after my 3rd party IT spent a few hours on it (I'm pretty sure it cost me money). So for 2 weeks everything was fine. Now it's happened again. I'm done with this case. It's expensive and takes me a lot of time and money to get it working. I'm not even sure I'll get it back. It would probably take me a few more hours to talk to people. I bought a Dell Thunderbolt 3 Dock for the home and it works fine.
