I have 2 Australian Shepherds and I take them to places where they can walk with me off a leash but I have found that car seats get dirty with their paws, it's not because they're driving in the mud it's just simple to run . I was looking for a car seat cover and saw this one and what was recommended. I bought one and it worked so well I got a second one for my other car. Looks very decent for the money, I'm not looking for anything super fancy just something to keep the car seat clean. I haven't had time to wash it at the moment, but judging by the construction it should hold up well in the wash. The pockets are nice too and are good for a leash and a few other small items like a collar or portable water bottle.
