We buy the 3m quality masks for me to work when teaching. My husband swaps out the back of the head straps for these, stapling these on and then hot glueing over the staples. They are comfortable and adjustable. They work very well with the Aura masks, which have a good seal on your face and under your chin. I have also worn the cup masks and the n100 particulate respirators. I would not swap out the straps on those. It works with the Auto masks because they have such a close seal under your chin. I can tolerate this set up seven hours at a time and be easily heard.
