The best part of this product was it's ease to use, very user friendly! It also has great customer service support if you have any questions along your way (which I didn't). There are some things that could be improved upon but nothing major as far as functionality goes. This software does exactly what we need in order to manage our tours effectively with no problems or issues from end users perspective which is key when dealing with such an important tool like ours. We were able to get everything set up quickly without having too many hiccups once installed so now all tour operators can log into their account via mobile devices easily using QR code scanning capabilities. Also being hosted by GoDaddy meant there weren’s alot of extra fees associated since they host most domains out here in Australia. Great value considering how much time & effort went towards setting it up initially. Our website looks fantastic compared other competitors who don’t even offer half the features available.
