Size was good, slightly smaller than my basket, 8 x 9 1/2 inches. It did the job, even browning the meat like it wasn't there. My only criticism is that when removing the parchment after cooking it stuck to the pan and came out in two pieces. This was the first time I've used it and maybe it was my fault, at least not. Must be scraped to remove. Also, using a deep fryer and frying meat may not be that uncommon. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and will purchase this product again from this seller.
