Small head and soft bristles maybe best for babies

These appear to be very good toothbrushes with a decent grip and nice looks that children seem to like. The bristles are really soft, which is our strong preference. However, the head is a bit small, making it appear too small for an adult mouth. Although charcoal is noticeable in the name, they make no claims as to what charcoal does. We don't notice any charcoal when we use it, so listing it so prominently in the name seems a bit misleading. Most likely won't do anything.
