Update - I called support because I didn't get an answer. The guy I spoke to was polite and up to date. I had a new set of speakers the same day. I look forward to customer service to see how they handle this. I was driving today and the part between the speaker and the bracket broke. I will say that the sound wasn't bad. You can see where I installed them, at speeds over 60mph they were barely audible. I think if I could put them on the steering wheel it would be much better. For the price it seemed like a good buy so far. I didn't hit anything, I just drove. I hope they can fix this as soon as possible. If there are any I will update. 4 stars on the other parts because they were easy to install, don't know the rain part and the sound is not bad. I believe it could be better depending on where you install them.
