Good idea - bad hinge design - quick fix and otherwise good job

The mounting hinge screws cannot be tightened enough to support the weight of the Samsung 12.2" ratcheting edges at the hinge interfaces. It works great, except you can't rotate the screen tip up or down after you put sandpaper on it, so set it where you want it and leave it in. Stupid design flaw.
