Review on Sqbx by Kyle Herrera

I like that it is easy to use with my Microsoft Outlook email client. The fact that you can create reminders in advance for certain tasks helps me accomplish more than just "remembering" things as they come up. It's not always intuitive at first because of how different the interface looks from other scheduling software out there but once I figured it out (it took only one day), I was able to get used to it quickly! There are some features missing such as recurring events which would be nice to have. However, this does not seem very difficult or time consuming to add if desired. We were using another scheduling system before we started using sqbx so our users were confused about when their next scheduled task should start. With sqbx, it has helped us streamline everything by having all our employees' schedule information available in one place rather than several places scattered around various databases/spreadsheets etc. This saves time.
