The app is very user friendly with an easy interface that allows me as the owner of my business to see what's going in real time without having to be there myself! There are some minor glitches but they're quickly fixed by their support team when I contact them via email or phone call. I like that it is easy for my restaurant partners to use as we are looking at new ways of connecting with our customers outside of the traditional menu board. There were some issues around using an external browser versus native app but this was solved quickly by their support team. It would be great if they could integrate more social media into the platform so users can share pictures or videos from inside the app (like Instagram). The best part is that it's an app where one can get their work done without wasting time in traffic jams or waiting for others at your workplace. It also helps save fuel by avoiding long commutes as well. I have not faced any problem while using this application so far but there could be some minor issues which might arise once used frequently.
