Easy and user-friendly solution that improves visibility over Internal Communications

It's easy to set up, it integrates with our email system (MailChimp), is reliable & intuitive for users as well! The customer service team at iMail are great - very responsive whenever we have an issue or question about their product/service they're always quick in responding back when you reach out via chat etc., so far no complaints here :) As mentioned above this software has made tracking internal mail much easier than using paper files + excel spreadsheets which was previously done by us…

Great partner and always responsive support

The ability to track packages from carrier pickup, through processing in our mail room until they reach their destination is very valuable for us as an organization that handles millions of postal pieces each business day! Their customer service team goes above & beyond every time we have had questions or concerns about tracking issues with one package specifically (or any other issue). It's great because when something breaks down at USPS/FedEx it helps make sure there are no miscommunications
