Extremely Pleased With Product Featureset For All Our Business Needs

Customer service is top-notch, they are always quick to respond with any questions you may have about their product or customer support in general! The team has such an amazing attitude that it really sets them apart from other companies out there (both large & small).

Great price point for what we get which makes integration very easy compared our previous solution's pricing structure - so much better deal overall if this were not true!! Integrating was super simple as well since all of my data can be found at one place along side Maylay itself making tracking SO MUCH easier than having multiple systems/apps up'n running across devices like smartphones etc..

Pros
  • Their ability both internal / external communication via email , chat app AND phone call capabilities while being ableto track everything through ONE central location instead off logging into various different apps throughout your day when needed..and also just seeing how fast response times come back within moments after reaching someone directly by either calling OR sending emails ! It feels great knowing things will work smoothly without complications :) Also love ease
