It's easy to set up, it integrates with our email system (MailChimp), is reliable & intuitive for users as well! The customer service team at iMail are great - very responsive whenever we have an issue or question about their product/service they're always quick in responding back when you reach out via chat etc., so far no complaints here :) As mentioned above this software has made tracking internal mail much easier than using paper files + excel spreadsheets which was previously done by us before implementing any of these tools into use internally within my organisation!!
