Almost 100% perfect fit.

The fan itself fits perfectly into the bottom mounting holes and the top screw holes of the heatsink. The problem is in the coolant reservoir. Although the bolt holes match, the original bolts come with a large flat washer that doesn't quite fit the bottom mounting piece. I had to use a smaller washer. The rest works as intended. Quiet and good airflow. Let's see how long this lasts.
