The support is the best, the knowledge base is comprehensive and the team works together to create a solution to any of our problems. The platform is very flexible, they support many different languages and frameworks. The dashboard is not the most intuitive to use and could be more customised. Also, they don't currently support the most recent versions of some of the technologies we use, they tend to stick with the old versions which can be problematic. The support team is great, they are very quick to find solutions and can be relied upon. We have used Headspin to build a number of applications, the support team is very helpful and responsive. We are able to quickly deploy new applications, and can easily test new features and functions.
