HeadSpin - Great experience working together

Our DevOps team has been using Headspin for over 2 years now as part of our continuous integration and deployment pipeline. The support has always been timely and responsive. I have never come across anything negative about Headspin in all my interactions with their staff. We have not encountered any issues related to the software itself but we do face challenges when it comes to the infrastructure side of things. It would be great if they could add additional nodes to their infrastructure so…

Great customer service from knowledgeable experts

The support is the best, the knowledge base is comprehensive and the team works together to create a solution to any of our problems. The platform is very flexible, they support many different languages and frameworks. The dashboard is not the most intuitive to use and could be more customised. Also, they don't currently support the most recent versions of some of the technologies we use, they tend to stick with the old versions which can be problematic.
