Best Solution for Customer Intelligence Data collection and visualization

The data collection tool is very robust that it can manage multiple websites, platforms, and users easily with a single application which is highly customizable and intuitive too. Easy to Use for even simple tasks like monitoring social media activity to data analytics. There are no specific downsides in this product, but I would like to see some additional features added to improve its overall experience over time. We have been able to implement this solution seamlessly into our daily operations for website content management. I like that it is easy to integrate with other applications, but we do not have access to any of their data sources/datasets which would be helpful in some cases for solving our business problems. They are very responsive via email or chat when you need support from them. So far so good! We're solving customer intelligence issues by providing insights into what customers care about most across multiple channels (web, app store, social media).
