I carefully installed this faucet following the instructions. Everything went together pretty well but the Sensor function does not work. No light in sensor. Batteries are new. Manual operation only. Waste of time and money.Update: Worked with customer service through email and they were very helpful. I sent them photos and they checked my installation and determined that the sensor was faulty. They promptly sent me a new faucet which now works as described.

Works great. Touchless feature is really helpful. Instructions could be a bit better but all in all not too bad. Install was about 25 minutes.

Really like the look and functionality of the no touch on off function. The pullout extension could be a little longer but we do have a very large sink. Very satisfied.

I didn't install it but I didn't hear it was a problem. Love this faucet! It seems so fancy and looks beautiful! After you get use to how it works it's a breeze. It is a learning curve if you don't realize it is a motion one. The family is use to it but friends sometime mess up the sensor by doing it manually. Just a learning curve.

I do really like it and kept it. But the sensor is annoying, it take a good touch/wave to get it off and on. I also think it looks cheaper than what we paid. It's plastic, not metal.

I love that if my hands are dirty from cooking Or any other activity all I have to do Is wave my hand since it is motion detection and the water comes on And wash my hands I don't have to contaminate my faucet.

easy to install hardest part to remove old faucet.easy to install . with plate don't use gasket for faucet . use rubber then steel then nut on bottom. will have one gasket left over. read directions a little confusing.

So far I love it. it looks elegant, and so far no issues. The water comes out plentiful, at the beginning I was having a little bit of issues trying to use the sensor, but after a few hours it stops and runs every time I want to use the sensor. I love it. I installed in less than an hour.and I actually read the directions.which were pretty good. Locking ring and washers were pretty easy to follow. It looks great and matched everything pretty well. The lower workings are a bit dangly, but if you sort your hoses and connectors, while paying close attention to the lift and fall of the weighted hoses, it's a fairly smooth pull on the faucet sprayer combo. I love the 3 different spray functions. The sensor is a bit of a pain (to get it to turn on sometimes) but it can be turned off under sink. Easy to install.

I have had both oil rubbed bronze and nickel finish at different homes. The sweep spray on nickel finish is very handy for rinsing stuck on goo. Some minor leaks required replacement of control box and another from cartridge on handle. Company is responsive when problems occur until this year. Handle is leaking anytime an adjustment is made to flow or hot/cold.
