I installed in less than an hour.and I actually read the directions.which were pretty good. Locking ring and washers were pretty easy to follow. It looks great and matched everything pretty well. The lower workings are a bit dangly, but if you sort your hoses and connectors, while paying close attention to the lift and fall of the weighted hoses, it's a fairly smooth pull on the faucet sprayer combo. The pressure and flow are great.and the push button scrubber is exceptional. I think this is a solid product and it's competitive with big makers. Three minutes may be a bit long for auto flow, but the sensor feature is pretty darn sweet anyway. Let's see how it holds up over time. Good purchase!
