These skates are definitely very cute. And I will lay out all my thoughts - they definitely attract attention. - the skates are a bit smaller so keep that in mind - they are stable on the ankles which is amazing for starters (note these skates are only beginner skates) - the wheels are 85a so they are good for the street like that long Since there are no big cracks either, the wheels are small enough for kids to feel safe and not so high off the ground that the speed they reach is harmless. - the skates out of the box had a very bad exhaust smell, I took the skates to the window to let them air out overnight and that solved the problem - I had some issues with the lacing, nothing major but of course it was something difficult - the wheels light up and stay on, there was a cosmetic issue: one of the wheels contained only one color. - I do not recommend changing wheels as these skates are only suitable for beginners.
