Height 5'10", athletic build 170. But I'm old. I have a white L. Most shirts, including other comps, I have in medium size. If I it would be a bit tight i couldn't breathe shoulders and biceps were the main culprits but i have a pair of comp z shorts and i love the nylon fabric and i know the fabric will loosen up a bit although nylon generally holds shape. only problem I was stuck in an awkward position, almost like a coffin, like having a panic attack, like I was buried alive, and almost dislocated my shoulder taking it off, you get the picture, but it hugs your torso .It's hard to find.I'll buy a small one for my girlfriend.The fabric is light and strong and I like it.Good quality.I could get it in black too but I'll try XL.
