The first thing that struck me about this product is how durable it is. It feels firm but at the same time not too heavy. Getting started is very easy; Simply unscrew the cap, pour water to a clearly visible fill line, screw the cap back on and plug into an outlet. According to the instructions, a 5V power supply should be used. Unfortunately, there is no power adapter included in this package, but I had an old iPhone adapter that filled the bill. Once everything is set up, there are three options for how it works (one is just plugged in but turned off). The other two include a constant fog (blue light) and an intermittent fog (red light). I like constant mist, but intermittent mist will get you through your work day without having to add more water (if that works for you). Overall, the humidifier is well made, fits easily in a car cup holder, has a powerful mist flow, and improves air quality wherever it is placed. The purchase is definitely worth it.
